What this app does with files

Essentials tools convert saved emails, extract attachments, and rename files in your web browser. Those local source files are not uploaded automatically. The download you save is yours.

Local conversion does not call a remote AI API. Pro Workspace is different: files you explicitly upload for Monthly Paperwork or BatchGoblin Signals are stored and may be processed by the configured extraction provider. Do not claim files never leave your device on Pro pages.

What does go over the network

Loading the website, scripts, fonts, and brand images from the app host
Checkout and license verification with our server and Stripe
Payment details, handled by Stripe, not by BatchGoblin form fields

Stripe is the payment provider. Stripe receives the information needed to process payment, including email if you enter it at Checkout. We store payment and license references needed to recover a purchase. We do not send filenames, subjects, addresses, or email bodies to Stripe or to the app server.

Local storage

If you subscribe, a license token and a count of free batches used may be stored in this browser. Source emails are not written to localStorage, IndexedDB, or a service worker cache.

Analytics

This first version does not ship session replay or an analytics product. If aggregate events are added later, they must not include filenames, subjects, addresses, attachment names, or bodies.

Claims we do not make

This service has not established SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR certification, legal-evidence certification, forensic fidelity, malware scanning, or a support guarantee.
